Kathmandu Valley offer excellent short treks. Many people trek around kathmandu valley, yet it offers a rich in sight in to lives, history, culture & religion. You will trek between 1600m. to 2500m. We can do trekking in kathmandu valley from 1 day to 5 days. Some popular treks around kathmandu valley are sundarijal to Nagarkot, Godawari to Phulchoki, Shivapuri area, Nagarjun & Nagarkot to Dhulikhel. These all are easy trek & suitable for every body, transport is easily available at the beginning & end of these treks.

Few people trek around Kathmandu Valley. First it offers a rich insight into the lives, history & religion together with the pictures daily toil in the fields of its inhabitant. The valley rim lies between 1800m to 2800m & in autumn & winter there were wonderful mountains vistas, which can form certain viewpoints, stretch from everest in the east to Annapurna in the west. Then you will arrive Nagarkot it offers spectacular Mountain view as well as a panoramic view of Kathmandu Valley. This is one of the best spots to view Mount. Everest as well as another snow-topped peaks of the Himalayan Range of eastern Nepal.

Itinerary

Day 01: Arrive Kathmandu, Pickup from airport & transfer to hotel.

Day 02: Kathmandu Valley Sightseeing:
After breakfast, leave for full day sightseeing in Kathmandu valley includes the hindu temple complex at pashupatinath (a UNESCO World Heritage Site) & the biggest Buddhist stupa Boudhanath. Also visit monkey temple Swayambhunath, Kathmandu Durbar Square, Patan Durbar Square & Royal Palace. Back to hotel & stay.

Day 03: Kathmandu – Sundarijal to Chisopani:
After breakfast, a short drive to Sundarijal. From here the trail climbs steeply past Tamang villages & on through rhododendron forest to Chisopani. Excellent views over the whole Himalayan range from Manaslu to Everest.

Day 04: Chisopani to Nagarkot:
Walk between the village & forest, continue our journey to Nagarkot 2775 above the sea level. This spot provides an excellent view of the sunset & Mount. Everest can be seen on the clear day. Overnight stay in Nagarkot.

Day 05: Nagarkot to Dhulikhel:
We will awake early to see the view. The first rays of the sun firing the peaks a lighted red slowely lighting up the Himalayas from Kanchanjunga & Everest in the far east of Annapurna & Dhaulagiri in the west. Work down to Dhulikhel.

Day 06: Dhulikhel to Kathmandu:
We’ll back to Kathmandu overnight in Kathmandu & join a cultural dinner.

Day 07: Final departure transfer to airport.
